On February 9, 2023, the Court served an Order setting this case for the June 12, 2023 remote session of the Court. The Order directed the Clerk of the Court to also serve on the parties a clinic letter for Phoenix, Arizona. The only tax clinic currently available to assist petitioners in Phoenix, Arizona only represents petitioners who have elected to proceed with their case under the Court's small tax case procedures. Premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the Court's Order, served February 9, 2023, is amended by deleting therefrom the instruction for the Clerk of the Court to attach a clinic letter for Phoenix, Arizona. The remainder of the Order remains in full force and effect.
