This case is calendared for trial at the Court's September 25, 2023, Dallas, Texas trial session. On September 1, 2023, the Court filed the parties' Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration, and for the reasons set forth in the motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed September 1, 2023, is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
