PARTNERSHIP, § 185.1lack of consideration for note executed pending liquidation proceedings. Under evidence, held that there was no consideration for non-negotiable note, which maker-partner claimed was executed by him, pending liquidation of partnership business, as memorandum of payee-partner's interest in such business.

Appeal from the County Court of Kankakee county; the Hon. JAMES V. BARTLEY, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1945.
