In an action by four physicians to recover the reasonable value of services rendered to appellant Walter, an order was made granting plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment against her and directing a severance of the action against defendant Bartnett and judgment was entered thereon. Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
