This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing on Monday, January 9, 2023, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

On October 31, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance, indicating therein that respondent does not object to the granting of petitioners' motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
