Minerva RAMOS, Appellant v. Daniel LOREDO, Appellee

From the County Court At Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2024CV00069 Honorable Cesar Garcia, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Rebeca C. Martinez, Chief Justice

Appellant's brief was originally due on March 25, 2024. On April 11, 2024, a deputy clerk of this court notified appellant by letter that her brief was past due. To date, appellant has not filed a brief. Appellant is therefore ORDERED to file, within ten days from the date of this order, her brief and a written response reasonably explaining: (1) her failure to timely file a brief, and (2) why appellee is not significantly injured by appellant's failure to timely file a brief. If appellant fails to timely file a brief and the written response, we will dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b)-(c).
