Because review of the record shows that respondent failed to attach a certificate of service to the Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene, filed October 11, 2022, showing that service of such Notice has been made on Nick F. Maldonado, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 19, 2022, respondent shall file a certificate of service with respect to the above-referenced Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene, showing that service of such Notice has been made on Nick F. Maldonado. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the Notice.
