ORDER


WHEREAS, a final pre-trial conference is currently scheduled for February 15, 2002, at 2:00 p.m.; and WHEREAS, the Court has received a copy of a letter addressed to Alfred A. Delicata, Esq., from the Pro Se Office of this Court, forwarding the above-captioned case to Mr. Delicata to determine whether he wishes to represent the plaintiff on a pro bono basis; and WHEREAS, defendants have filed a motion for summary judgment that is not yet fully briefed; it is hereby ORDERED, that a pre-trial conference is adjourned to August 30, 2002, at 11:00 a.m., to allow Mr. Delicata time to familiarize himself with the case and prepare for the conference, should he decide to represent the plaintiff and to provide time for resolution of the pending motion.
