JERRY RAMON, Appellant v. DULCE CARIDAD BARAJAS MARTINEZ, Appellee

On Appeal from the 44th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DC-23-19736

ORDER

KEN MOLBERG JUSTICE

Before the Court are appellant's motion to appoint counsel and motion to review the record. We DENY the motion to appoint counsel, as the Court does not appoint counsel. We note, however, that appellant indicated in his docketing statement that he wanted the case to be considered for inclusion in the Pro Bono Program, and our case management system reflects a copy of the docketing statement was forwarded to the Program.

We GRANT the motion to review the record and DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send appellant a paper copy of the clerk's record.

On the Court's own motion, we EXTEND the deadline for the filing of appellant's jurisdictional letter brief to April 19, 2024.
