Before the Court is appellant's motion for extension of time to file an affidavit of inability to afford court costs. We note the clerk's record includes a statement of inability to afford payment of court costs, and the Court's case management system reflects appellant is indigent. Accordingly, we DENY the motion AS MOOT.

Appellant may disregard the Court's February 26, 2024 notice to pay the appellate filing fee.
