Opinion

CASE NO. 96-3493

Opinion filed April 9, 1997

Appeal of a non-final order from the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; John L. Phillips, Judge; L.T. Case No. CD 88-5534 FC.

Matthew S. Nugent, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Peter Ticktin of Peter Ticktin Associates, P.A., Boca Raton, for appellee.

The order under review is affirmed except to the extent that it references section 61.13016, Florida Statutes, as a potential remedy. We do not address any issues raised with respect to the future application of that statute in this case as that issue is not ripe for review. Neither do we address any issue raised relating to future attempts to enforce the judgment.

STONE, POLEN and FARMER, JJ., concur.
