ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Bruce E. Knoll, Esq., P.O. Box 2072, Albany, New York 12220 is appointed for that purpose (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant-respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before November 4, 2019. The brief of the Commissioner of Labor, if any, shall be filed and served on or before November 18, 2019.
