It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Mary R. Humphrey, Esq., 4063 Genesee Street, Suite 6, New Hartford, New York 13413, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and
It is further ORDERED that the respondent submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 16, 2011, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
