ORDER

Per Curiam:

Mr. John M. Ramirez appeals a Johnson County Circuit Court judgment denying a Rule 29.15 motion seeking to vacate the convictions of second-degree murder and second-degree arson following a jury trial. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
