In our Order to Show Cause, dated November 5, 2021, we directed petitioners to show cause, in writing, why the Court should not issue an Order directing the small case designation be removed in this case. On May 31, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision.

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, dated November 5, 2021, is discharged as moot.
