Eusebia Ramirez, as administrator of the Estate of Eddie Fernandez, deceased and Eusebia Ramirez, Individually, Plaintiffs-Respondents, v. The City of New York, Police Officer Edward McClain, and Police Officer "John/Jane Doe", said name being fictitious and presently unknown, Defendants-Appellants.


Defendants-appellants having moved for further enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 11, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2019 Term.
