ORDER

Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge

On February 4, 2022, pursuant to the Court's October 14, 2022, Order, Respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reported that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. Respondent further reported that on January 31, 2022, Respondent's counsel mailed decision documents to Petitioner. Respondent requests that the Court allow the parties an additional 45 days to submit a decision in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 21, 2022, file a Stipulated Decision in this case.
