DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals and to consolidate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated April 21, 2017, September 29, 2017 and February 1, 2018 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeals is extended to August 15, 2019. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated April 21, 2017 and September 29, 2017 will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated February 15, 2019 is denied, without costs, as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]), and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated February 1, 2018 in case No. 527034 and the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated February 15, 2019 in case No. 528545 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief.
