Order, so far as appealed from, modified on the facts by striking out the last ordering paragraph thereof and as modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concur. (The portion of the order appealed from denies examination of defendant in certain particulars and also requires the examination be had in Pittsfield, Mass., in an action to recover commissions.)
