For the reasons set forth in the separate order granting Defendants' motion to dismiss, entered this day, the Court dismisses Plaintiff Scott Raley's claims against the United States Small Business Administration, Isabel Guzman, Janet Yellen, and the United States for lack of jurisdiction. The clerk is directed to close this case.

This is a final judgment.
