From the 288th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2017-CI-01622
Honorable Cathleen M. Stryker, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On August 16, 2017, this court dismissed this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Thereafter, appellant Arthur Rakowitz filed a motion for extension of time, a motion for leave to file, an amended notice of appeal, and a brief. We construe the amended notice of appeal and brief as a timely filed motion for rehearing, and we deny the motion.
