ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's February 6, 2023, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard.

On January 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. On February 1, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed January 6, 2023, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 7, 2023, the petitioner shall show cause in writing as to why respondent's motion should not be granted, and a decision entered for respondent for the amounts and years set forth in respondent's motion. Failure to respond to this order may result in this case being dismissed by the Court.
