DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents Pinnacle Bus Services and Jesus Figueroa to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 9, 2011, on the ground that the appellant's attorneys do not have standing to represent the appellant, and the notice of appeal filed by the appellant's attorneys is a nullity.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
