Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk and tried to the court, Novack, J.; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, Edmund H. Miller, family support magistrate, denied the defendant's motion for modification of alimony and child support, and the defendant appealed to the court, Ryan, J.; judgment sustaining the family support magistrate's decision, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
