DIVORCE, § 3when finding of valid marriage as basis for divorce sustained by evidence. In divorce action, evidence sustained award of divorce decree to plaintiff wife, and finding that parties had contracted a valid common-law marriage in Michigan, so that court did not err in sustaining exceptions to report of commissioner's findings that parties were not legally married and that plaintiff therefore was not entitled to a divorce.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOSEPH A. GRABER, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the February term, 1944.
