ORDER

On March 24, 2021, respondent filed in this case a Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, asserting therein that this case should be closed as it is a duplicate of petitioner's case at Docket No. 5217-20L. In his motion to close respondent states that petitioner does not object to the granting of the motion.

On June 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Answer. On June 14, 2022, respondent further lodge his proposed answer.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-described motion to close is granted and this case is closed on the ground of duplication with respect to petitioner's case at Docket No. 5217-20L. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's above motion for leave is denied as moot.
