We affirm with respect to all issues raised on appeal and on cross appeal, and grant the former wife's motion for appellate fees. We remand to the trial court for the limited purpose of directing the manner in which the former wife shall pay the husband the amount necessary to effect the equitable distribution plan, as ordered in the final judgment.
