Defendants-appellants having moved (M-1983) for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, from the reissued decision and order of this Court, entered on May 21, 2020 (Appeal No. 9946), And the Real Estate Board of New York, having moved (M-1995) for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in support of defendants-appellants' motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion by the Real Estate Board of New York for leave to file a brief amicus curiae (M-1995) is granted, and the proposed brief submitted with the motion is deemed filed, and It is further ordered that the motion (M-1983) seeking leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied.
