FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGES, § 168reversal of decree of foreclosure where fair trial not accorded defendant. In action to foreclose lien of junior mortgage, decree for plaintiff would be reversed and cause remanded where it appeared that defendants did not have fair trial.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. GEORGE F. RUSH, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1942.
