Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 15, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence of counsel for defendants-appellants The New York and Presbyterian Hospital, sued herein as, Columbia University Medical Center, dated October 25, 2018 (M-5554), and St. Francis Hospital dated November 8, 2018 (M-6155), and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeals of defendants The New York and Presbyterian Hospital, sued herein as, Columbia University, and St. Francis Hospital, are withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
