Action to recover damages for, inter alia, the defendants' alleged unfair trade practices, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Lewis, J., granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment and rendered judgment for the defendants, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
