ORDERED that Michael Sutton, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Patricia Rodriguez, Esq., 1334 Union Street, Schenectady, NY 12308, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
