ORDER

This collection due process case was calendared for trial during the Court's April 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session. On February 5, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Order Remanding Case for Supplemental Hearing (Doc. 9). By Order served February 9, 2024, among other things, the parties' Motion was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On June 27, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 11). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case and attaching thereto a copy of the Supplemental Notice of Determination issued to petitioner.
