This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On December 2, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial. By Order served December 2, 2022, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On January 23, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 33). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 23, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
