This case is calendared for trial at the Court's September 6, 2022, Columbia, South Carolina, trial session.

On May 16, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause directing the parties to each show cause, in writing, why the Court should not dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not timely filed. On June 13, 2022, respondent filed a response to the Order to Show Cause arguing that the petition was timely filed.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, issued May 16, 2022, is hereby discharged.
