This case was previously on the Court's March 6, 2023 trial calendar for Richmond, Virginia (Charlottesville). On January 20, 2023, a Proposed Stipulated Decision was filed with the Court. The Court entered the Stipulated Decision on January 26. On February 9, petitioners filed a Motion to Vacate. Therein, they asked the Court to vacate the previously entered decision on the grounds that it did not reflect the agreed-upon settlement.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Vacate, is set for hearing at the calendar call of the aforementioned session of the Court, on March 6, 2023, at 10:00 AM (ET), in the United States District Court, 255 W. Main Street, Charlottesville, Virginia 22902.
