The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, with directions to vacate its order denying the petition for extraordinary writ relief with request for stay and to reconsider that petition in light of the trial court's findings under the Indian Child Welfare Act (25 U.S.C. § 1901 et seq.). (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
