Appellant having moved for permission to file a corrected brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on October 19, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Harris Lindenfeld, Esq., sworn to October 2, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellant shall file and serve the corrected brief in accordance with the Court's rules on or before October 26, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept the corrected brief for filing.
