Action to recover damages for breach of contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and referred to Joseph Glass, attorney fact finder, who recommended judgment for the plaintiff; thereafter, the court, Hodgson, J., rendered judgment in accordance with the fact finder's report, and the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
