This case is calendared for trial at the Court's February 10, 2025, Denver, Colorado trial session. On October 30, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation as one document at docket entry number 9. These two documents should have been filed separately. To correct this error, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision and the Settlement Stipulation, filed at docket entry number 9, shall be deemed stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk shall refile the Proposed Stipulated Decision and the Settlement Stipulation as two separate documents on the Court's record, as of October 30, 2024.
