ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

On July 3, 2024, the parties each filed a status report with a proposal on how to proceed forward with this case and related cases. On August 29, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that the parties no longer need to file recurring status reports per the Court's Order served on December 21, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 26, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the cases that they wish the Court to set for trial. In addition to listing the specific cases, the parties shall also propose dates for trial, place of trial and provide an estimated length of trial.
