LUIS ARMANDO QUIROZ, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Criminal Court No. 10 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. MA-1470927-L

ORDER

On February 16, 2017, the reporter's record was filed in the above appeal; however, volume 4 was not bookmarked as required by the rules of appellate procedure. See TEX. R. APP. P. app. C, r. 2 ("In exhibit volumes, the court reporter or recorder must create bookmarks . . . .") On February 17, 2017, we struck volume 4 and ordered court reporter Sharina Fowler to file a volume 4 that conformed to the rules of appellate procedure by February 27, 2017. Ms. Fowler did not do so. By order dated March 13, 2017, we ordered Ms. Fowler to file a volume 4 that conformed to the rules of appellate procedure by March 23, 2017. When she again did not comply with this Court's order, we ordered that Ms. Fowler not sit as a court reporter until a proper bookmarked volume 4 of the reporter's record was filed. Today, a proper bookmarked volume 4 was filed. We VACATE that portion of our March 31, 2017 order that orders Sharina Fowler not sit as a court reporter.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Roberto Canas Jr., Presiding Judge, County Criminal Court No. 10; to Sharina Fowler, official court reporter of County Criminal Court No. 10; to the Dallas County Auditor's Office; and to all counsel for all parties.
