This case was called and recalled from the calendar during the Court's February 14, 2022, El Paso, Texas, remote trial session. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Petitioner, Alonso P. Quiroz appeared and made an oral motion for continuance. Respondent did not object. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, filed January 24, 2022, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' oral motion for continuance is granted, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 16, 2022, the parties shall, jointly or separately, file a status report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
