MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant filed a pro se notice of appeal on December 17, 2003. On January 7, 2004, appellant's counsel filed a motion to withdraw the notice of appeal and for immediate issuance of mandate. The motion is GRANTED, and the appeal is dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.2(a). It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of this court issue mandate contemporaneously with this opinion and judgment.
