This case is before the Court on petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed February 28, 2023. In compliance with the Court's Order served June 5, 2023, respondent filed a response to petitioner's motion on July 26, 2023, which describes the status of the case and states that the parties have reached a basis of settlement.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, unless the parties have submitted a proposed stipulated decision by August 23, 2023, then by that date, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports), in which the parties shall therein describe the current status of the case and of the above-referenced pending motion.
