Appeal from Superior Court, San Francisco County; T. I. Fitzpatrick, Judge.

Action by Joan Quinn, a minor, by Aloysius W. Quinn, her guardian ad litem, and others against the Recreation Park Association and others. From a judgment for named defendant and Gussie Suhr, a defendant, on directed verdict, plaintiffs appeal. On respondents’ separate motions to dismiss appeal or affirm the judgment.

Judgment affirmed as to each respondent.
