ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

By Order dated January 26, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration). To date, petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration) is extended to July 23, 2021. If no Amended Petition and/or filing fee are received by July 23, 2021, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
