In a tort action, order granting plaintiff's motion for reargument and, upon reargument, granting his motion for a preference, and directing that the case be placed at the foot of the Ready Day Calendar for April 4, 1949, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
