LC No. 2020-000442-CH

ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

On the Court's own motion, appellant's motion for reconsideration of the Court's July 5, 2023 dismissal order is STRICKEN. Appellant was notified on July 24, 2023 and August 8, 2023 that the motion was defective for failure to serve the motion on Joseph J. Bernardi, George T. Perrett, Bernard Schaefer, and Jazmonique L. Strickland. Appellant was informed in both notifications that his motion would be stricken if the defect was not cured within 14 days. The time for curing the defect has passed and the defect was not fully cured. This order is entered without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the court rules.
