KRISTEN L. QUEVY, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge

On December 12, 2023, the Court issued a T.C. Summary Opinion 2023-34 in this case. That Opinion stated that a decision would be entered for respondent, however the parties previously made concessions that will necessitate that the deficiency be recomputed. To facilitate Rule 155 computations, the Court will strike from the record the Court's Summary Opinion and file a corrected Opinion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that docket entry 45 is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties the Corrected Summary Opinion, which reflects the following revision on page 7: the sentence

"To reflect the foregoing, Decision will be entered for respondent." is substituted with the following:

"To reflect the foregoing and concessions made by the parties, Decision will be entered under Rule 155." It is further ORDERED that the Summary Opinion in all other respects remains unchanged.
